EPSCoR WORKSHOP SERIES
Improving Leadership & Teamwork with
Myers-Briggs Type Indicators
You are cordially invited to attend our EPSCoR workshop:
“Improving Leadership and Teamwork using Myers-Briggs Type Indicators”
This two-hour presentation, with Co-PI Prof. Czarena Crofcheck, will introduce key elements of Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicators and demonstrate through discussions and group activities how they impact work style. The goal is that participants will gain an appreciation of individual differences, which can lead to greater cooperation and productivity.
Using MBTI in Professional Context
Myers-Briggs Type Indicators help individuals understand their own tendencies and the differences between the different personality types including how others gain and focus energy, gather and process information, and approach conflict management.
First published in 1943, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator questionnaire was originally developed in the United States by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers.
